Your Smartcard is not switched on or activated, or the channel that you are trying to view may not be part of your bouquet. Press Menu then 4 to check your Mail Messages, and if you have a notification from us to pay your account, then payment needs to be made before services can be reactivated. If your account is not suspended, then sms your smartcard number + E32 to 32472 or click on My Account to clear the error code.E74 - LNB1 overload
The TV1 LNB has a short. Please check your connection or call a MultiChoice Accredited installer for assistance.E76 - Your second TV service is not enabled. Please contact MultiChoice for assistance

Your smartcard might have been inserted incorrectly or in the incorrect slot. Remove the Smartcard, wipe with a soft dry cloth and re-insert. If message re-appears, reboot.E05 - Cannot read Smartcard
The incorrect Smartcard is inserted or the Smartcard might have been inserted incorrectly or has collected dust. Remove the Smartcard, ensure that it is free of dust and re-insert it with the chip facing downwards and the arrows facing the decoder.E06 - Smartcard fault. Cannot Read
Your Smartcard is faulty or has been inserted upside down. Please re-insert your smartcard with the chip facing downwards and the arrows facing the decoder.E07 - Checking Smartcard
The decoder is checking the Smartcard. If the message is still displayed after 30 seconds remove the Smartcard, wait for the error code and re-insert the Smartcard. If E07 reappears, reboot your decoder.E16 - Service is currently scrambled
Transmission might be temporarily suspended. Press Menu then 4 to check your Mail Messages, and if you have a notification from us to pay your account, then payment needs to be made before services can be reactivated. If your account is not suspended, then SMS E16 followed by your smartcard number to 32472 or click on My Account to clear the error code.E17 - Smartcard marriage conflict
SMS "error E17 + Smartcard Number" to 32443 orReset the service yourself by logging to your Account and selecting "Reset Decoder"

You have selected an invalid channel number. Please try again or select the channel you wish to view from the channel grid by pressing any of the arrow keys on the remote control.E38 - Service not running
The channel that you are trying to watch may not be running at this time – press i to see when the next programme will start.Alternatively, the channel might be reserved for future use. If the error appears often, re-boot the decoder. If the problem persists, your decoder might be faulty and should be tested.

Check whether the problem is being experienced on all channels.Reset the Decoder:
Power and Music note on single view decoders
Menu and Down arrow on Dual view,
P- and V+ on PVR simultaneously
If not resolved
